REQUEST FOR INTEREST

WICOMICO COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

         The Wicomico County Health Department (WiCHD) is soliciting Letters of Interest from Evaluators to provide services for our Cannabis Prevention Grant. The Evaluators will need to be able to assist in the following areas: 

  • Analyze data gathered through environmental scans, surveys and focus groups. 
  • Assist WiCHD in the approval process for research activities through the Maryland Department of Health Institutional Review Board.
  • Attend pertinent training provided by the Maryland Department of Health’s Cannabis Prevention and Controls grant throughout the year.
  • Assist WiCHD and Drug Free Wicomico in updating the strategic plan based on guidance from and approval by the Maryland Department of Health’s Cannabis Prevention and Controls grant.
  • Assist with required semi-annual reports. 

 

Letters of Interest should be sent to the Wicomico County Health Department, Seth T. Hurdle Building, 108 E. Main Street, Room 216, Salisbury, Maryland 21801, to the attention of Hope Balam. The deadline for this Letter of Interest is Friday, October 9th 2026 at 3:00 EST. No late submissions will be accepted. 

The Wicomico County Health Department reserves the right to reject any Letter of Interest or waive any technicality it deems in the best interest of the agency.
