Planning & Assessments serves as the leader for performance management (PM), quality improvement (QI), health planning, and accreditation activities. This department is responsible for managing and coordinating agency-wide efforts to ensure that PM and QI programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned with the agency and Local Health Improvement Coalition (LHIC) priorities.
