Free Mass Walk-In Immunization Clinic

You must bring your child’s most recent vaccination record. Students will be excluded from school if they do not show proof of required immunizations within the first 20 days of school. 

Students entering Kindergarten through 5th Grade must have proof of 2 Varicella (chickenpox) vaccines, and students entering 7th through 12th Grade must have proof of TDAP and Meningococcal vaccines.
