You must bring your child’s most recent vaccination record or email it to wicomico.immunizations@maryland.gov. 

Students entering Kindergarten through 11th grade must have proof of 2 Varicella (chickenpox) vaccines, and students entering 7th through 12th grade must have proof of TDAP and Meningococcal vaccines.
