Addiction Services: Adult Intensive Outpatient Treatment
The Adult Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for individuals who require more structure and support than a low-intensity, traditional outpatient program, and who do not need a medically managed inpatient program. Treatment is provided nine hours or more during the week. As the patient progresses they will step down and attend less hours at each phase. IOP provides an opportunity for patients to gain stability and maintain abstinence, and to learn and practice behaviors in their social environment which support recovery.
